ALCOBREW DISTILLERY
In the quiet folds of the Shivaliks, where the Himalayan foothills rise, Alcobrew Distillery draws its character from altitude, climate and control.
Here, environment is not a backdrop, it is an active influence. Mountain spring water runs cold and mineral rich, while shifting temperatures support gradual and balanced maturation.
Production is deliberate and controlled. Select grains and malted barley are processed on site, fermentation is carefully managed and distillation in custom copper stills preserves both purity and character.
Maturation unfolds in oak casks, where time and terrain work in quiet partnership.
From these hills emerge spirits shaped by altitude, patience and intent.
