A visionary with an eye for detail, Mr. Romesh Pandita's entrepreneurial journey of three decades has been a combination of immense passion and dedication. He began his endeavour with one of the best Italian liquor manufacturers "Gruppo Campari". Having a keen interest in distilleries and sugar mills, he nurtured a dream of building an enterprise and to be the master of his own destiny. This led to the inception and institutionalization of Alcobrew. The first manufacturing unit was set up with the technical assistance of Gruppo Campari for the production of Old Smuggler brands. Since then, he has gained expertise in various fields like manufacturing, sales, marketing, and finance. A reason why, Alcobrew stands tall with well-known in-house and prestigious franchisee brands that have a huge potential for generating employment. The company is in the process of making a foray into exports thereby earning foreign exchange for the country.
Mr. Romesh Pandita is a true leader and inspires everyone around him. Early to bed, early to rise is his motto in life. And he believes that a fit leader is much better than an unfit one and therefore he follows a strict fitness routine. There are few leaders like him who know how to balance work and life.



He previously served as Commandant of the National Defence Academy and Air Force Academy, leading officer and cadet training across services. He holds a Doctorate, along with M.Phil, Masters, and Management degrees, and an Airline Pilot Licence with deep expertise in aircraft induction.
Air Marshal Kapoor has served on the board of Pawan Hans Ltd and the Board of Governors for new Sainik Schools under the Ministry of Defence. His services have been recognised with two presidential awards namely the Vayu Sena Medal and Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, reflecting a lifelong commitment to safety, excellence, and national service.

He has led statutory and internal audits for major public sector banks, undertakings, and reputed private enterprises in industries such as consumer goods, hospitality, energy, and manufacturing. His areas of expertise include governance, tax audits, project consultancy, due diligence, loan syndication, and corporate taxation.
He has overseen central statutory audits for institutions like State Bank of India, National Housing Bank, Indian Bank, and PSUs including Indian Airlines, MTNL, and BHEL. As Managing Partner at Doogar & Associates, he leads a Category “A” CA firm. Mr. Goyal’s deep insights into risk management and governance make him a valuable asset to the Board.

He has held senior leadership roles across industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, financial services, and investment management. He has led major financial initiatives, including structuring debt funding of over USD 500 million and contributing to a USD 3.5 billion debt-raising project.
His executive experience includes serving as CFO at the Perdaman Group (Australia) and senior finance roles at multiple firms. With deep expertise in capital markets, acquisitions, restructuring, and compliance, he offers valuable insights at the board level, ensuring robust governance, financial discipline, and alignment with long-term business goals.

Mr. Rajput had final assignment with Campari Group firstly as General Manager and then as Country Manager Indian Subcontinent. He was associated with Campari for more than a decade.
Mr. Rajput with the help of the dedicated team from Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain areas will bring overall prosperity to the company. His strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise will be instrumental as the company drive forward into our next phase of growth.

His approach to developing sales & distribution modules has shaped businesses from the scratch, helping in building strong trade and consumer understanding. His distinctive approach has helped him develop effective strategies in Trade and Consumer Marketing and People Management.

Before joining Alcobrew, Mr. Wadhwa worked with reputed chartered accountancy and consulting companies. His growth and learning have been tremendous and he has gained extensive knowledge in project management, audits and corporate finance.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Singh has held leadership roles in renowned organizations such as JK Tyre, Bata, DLF, Bharti Enterprises, and SB Energy. His most recent role was with Adani Green Energy Limited, where he served as Associate Vice President – Taxation, overseeing complex financial structures and compliance frameworks.
Mr. Singh brings a deep and well-rounded expertise in assurance, risk management, financial analysis, statutory and regulatory compliance, taxation, and revenue operations including billing and receivables.
At Alcobrew, Mr. Singh oversees the company’s financial operations, including compliance, budgeting, and financial planning. His practical approach and strong functional expertise help ensure effective financial management and support the organisation’s ongoing growth.

Mr. Singh began his professional journey with Vodafone Idea Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully led the Post-paid vertical as AGM – Marketing. He subsequently gained valuable experience with consumer-focused brands like Chaayos and Viroham, further strengthening his expertise in business growth and brand strategy.
Prior to joining Alcobrew, Mr. Singh served as Vice President and Global Business Head at N V Distilleries Pvt. Ltd., where he was influential in expanding the company's footprint across international markets.
In his current role at Alcobrew, Mr. Singh leads International Business Development and International Marketing initiatives, driving the company's global expansion efforts.

Mr. Sharma is a result-oriented professional with a strong command over inventory control, vendor development, cost optimization, and value engineering. He has consistently delivered operational efficiency by streamlining supply chain systems and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
His career spans key roles with leading organisations such as Brittannia Industries (later the edible oil division taken over by S.M. Dychem Ltd.), SOM Group of Companies, Adani Wilmar Limited, India Glycols Limited and Radico Khaitan, where he handled procurement of packaging & raw materials, other consumables for all units including tie-up unit operations, new product development and end-to-end supply chain management.
With a focus on packaging and raw material sourcing for the liquor, beer, malt plant and edible oil industries, Mr. Sharma brings a pragmatic and strategic approach to resource management.
